From the Bylaws:
VII. Meetings
The Executive Committee shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business in any meeting of this Association. The privilege of holding office, introducing motions, debating and voting shall be limited to members whose current dues are paid.
2) Secretary’s report--Caitlin
Review of minutes from 11/7/22 meeting
3) Treasurer’s report--Christina
4) Appointments (no vote on these positions, but a formal appointment by the (Co-)President needs to be made at a meeting. Interest has been expressed in the Membership Committee and Publicity Committee Chair positions.

VI. Standing Committees
Membership Committee - Chair appointed by the Co-Presidents. Duties to conduct annual membership drive and actively seek new members.
Concession Committee - Chair to be the Concession Board member.
Publicity Committee - Chair appointed by the Co-Presidents. Duties to contact news media.
Hall of Fame Committee - Chair appointed by the Co-Presidents. Duties to oversee the selection of the Hall of Fame members and induction ceremony.
Any other committee deemed necessary by the Co-Presidents and/or the Executive Committee.
